As a kid, I learned to make myself small. To keep the peace. To make everyone happy. To avoid making people uncomfortable.
I loved singing, and because I was "good at it," it became one of the few ways I could let out what I felt. But even then, I was performing. I learned to perform a version of myself that was easiest for other people to love.
Eventually, that silence led me to rock bottom. And in the middle of it, two questions kept surfacing:
"What if I'm not too much?"
"What if I've just been holding too much on my own for far too long?"
I wanted to feel safe being myself and speaking my truth. So I researched, studied, and learned everything I possibly could, exploring the nervous system, neuroscience, nutrition, somatic practices, creative expression, and the ways our experiences shape how we move through the world.
My journey brought together years of learning, experimenting, and exploring what actually helped me reconnect with myself.

Slowly, I realized these seemingly separate pieces of my life were all pointing toward the same thing.
They all became the foundation of the work I do today.
When I heard light language for the first time, it was as if something within me remembered a version of me I had forgotten.
Suddenly, I didn't need the perfect words. I didn't need to sound intelligent. I didn't need to make sense. I didn't need to perform.
The singer. The songwriter. The researcher. The holistic nutritionist. The woman reclaiming her spiritual gifts. The woman learning to trust her own voice.
I'm a Nervous System Rehabilitation & Voice Activation Specialist, with a background in music, voice, creative arts, holistic nutrition, nervous-system education, and years of study in trauma, neuroscience, embodiment, and emotional regulation.
My work brings these worlds together: the nervous system, neuroscience, energetics, voice magic.
My goal is to help you create a space where you can hear it again, trust it, express it, and stop abandoning it.
So you can build a life that reflects the truth you've been dreaming of living all along. So you can build a life that reflects the truth you've been dreaming of living all along.
